Work with your mentor teacher, your peers and families. Name what you asked for and what you did with the answer - collaboration you cannot show a change from is just attendance.

Evidence in more than one mode
Use the modes that fit your evidence and delete the rest. Image: de-identified student work or materials. Video: your own teaching or a screencast, never a clip in which a child is identifiable. Audio: a two-minute spoken reflection, recorded the same week.
