Evidence of how you moved student talk. Transcribe one short exchange - three or four turns is enough - and mark what you did after each student answer. Use Student A and Student B, never names.

Evidence in more than one mode
Use the modes that fit your evidence and delete the rest. Image: de-identified student work or materials. Video: your own teaching or a screencast, never a clip in which a child is identifiable. Audio: a two-minute spoken reflection, recorded the same week.
